Terms of Use

Welcome to the Champion Rewards Program (the “Program”), operated by Champion Laundry & Dry Cleaning Service (“Champion LDS”). By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Program Participation

Eligibility: Participation in the Program is available to all customers of Champion LDS who have registered for the Program. Registration requires acceptance of these Terms of Use.
Earning Discounts: Participants in the Program will earn a discount on each paid service from Champion LDS. The level of discount increases with the number of completed services, as outlined in the Program documentation provided at registration.

2. Use of Program Benefits

Discount Application: Discounts earned through the Program can be applied to future services with Champion LDS as per the discount level achieved by the participant.
Non-Exchangeability: Program cards or any other Program material cannot be exchanged, returned, replaced, or redeemed for cash.
Non-Transferability: Program benefits, including earned discounts, cannot be transferred to another person, combined with other promotional offers, or used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated by Champion LDS.

3. Program Restrictions

Service Refusal Rights: Champion LDS reserves the right to refuse service to any customer, including participants in the Program, in accordance with our service policies and applicable laws.
Promotion Combining: Program cards and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts offered by Champion LDS, ensuring each promotion’s exclusivity and integrity.

4. Changes to Terms and Program

Amendments: Champion LDS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Participants will be bound by any changes to these Terms of Use unless they choose to opt out of the Program. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

5. Miscellaneous

No Cash Value: Program benefits have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred, except as allowed by these Terms.
Decision Final: All decisions made by Champion LDS regarding the Program, including determinations of discount levels and eligibility for benefits, are final and binding.
